I do. So do a lot of people. It is a major factor in team chemistry, and without a team, you don't win. For an example of a team with talent, but no chemistry, look at Newcastle this year.
We learnt about team chemistry the hard way last year - (cough... Shawn Byram). A lot of people are very worried it will happen again.
