hi jenny
I went to the Stella Artois bar and it was a real change from having to fight
my way to the bar in the arches and also I actually managed to get a seat without having to frezze outside.
it was also nice to be allowed to enjoy a drink without being squished into small area
Nothing against the arches, because I know mike and harry but its just to small for the amount of people who want to go in there.
it was a shame that only a few of the actual players came in (isn't troys baby cute)
maybe they started this because some of the players such as kurt and woody arn't really your party animals like ruby and ketola and prefer to wind down from the game in a relaxing atmosphere.
Idon't know how old you Jenny but I truly think that the Stella artois bar should be adults only if the children want to meet the players
then they can do this at the stormforce nights specially for our younger members. The stella bar should cater for those who wish just to have a drink with the players after the match.
I think also it maybe an idea for ogdens to charge a membership fee incunjunction with the season ticket and
this would get you into the bar and also like a buffet food bar like a sort of excutive club but for season ticket fans, and then maybe some of the other vpalyers would come in because they would be able to get something to eat.
Maybe this something to consider when the contract is up with the Arches
what do other season ticket holders think?
p.s unfortunately Kath they don't do pinna calada's so I had to have a bottle of lager !!!!!
