Perhaps Gethin had better get back to his own supporters page as my previous posting was intended to provoke comment amongst Storm fans and was NOT posted on UK Hockey friends for that reason.
Gethin entirely misunderstood my earlier comments which were not meant as a slur on Lawless whom we all hailed as a hero (well most of us), but rather as criticism of the likes of 'The Invisible Man' (Latta) Bart Van.......an, and several other deadlegs that we were landed with last season. I think the fault lies not with Lawless but rather with the hockey agents over the pond foisting over-hyped players upon the hapless Brits!!!
We've all learnt a lot from last season (in particular, how to lose gracefully - Sheffield Steelers fans take note!)and this season things look a lot more promising for which we must also thank John Lawless.
