Digest is all the mail from the UK hockey mailing list sent to you once a day(week?) as one big email. When I fond them I'll put subscription instruction up here!
For the last twelve months I've found IHNR quite good for news, but I'm not renewing my subscription, as I find the info off the net (esp mailing list) more current!
