Plans unveiled yesterday for amongst other things, a 20 000 seat indoor arena in Liverpool.
To be sited on the old garden festival site.
I think any ice hockey team would have to "buy out" storms interest in that part of the world .. just as Leeds had to "buy out" the Steelers
