Kurt Kleinendorst says Davie Smith is to opt to play for Fife Flyers.
KK says that Davy will get the ice time he wants at Fife ... but that The Storm would call upon him if, for example, we had (another!) injury crisis.
This leaves one slot open on the Storm rosta ... KK would not rule out another signing ... but NOT in the next couple of weeks
KK put the 2-2 result down to Storms poor third period performance when it was the Storm that lost their legs when the ice went mushy. Amazingly the Steelers had only had FOUR sessions on the ice before last night.
KK confirmed that netminders are on strict rotation ... so read nothing into Rivnak on the bench!
