I like to sit in different places rather than the same each week, that is one of the reasons that I don't have a season ticket, but the queue for tickets is a pain.
However, there is a solution!
If the queue for tickets is LONG and the pickup tickets queue is short, then simply join the short queue, phone up the credit card hotline on a mobile phone. Three minutes later, you've booked your ticket just as you arrive at the front of the queue!
