I have been asked by someone who I have come to regard as a friend to stop savaging the venerable Mr. Thompson. My friend has pointed out that Mr. Thompson has a very full schedule, copes with everything conerning Stormforce by himself, and that she has offered to help, in the future, should she be needed.
Bearing that in mind, I shall, temporarily perhaps, make no further coments on the content of Mr. Thompson's articles in the programmes, in the hope that he may avail himself of the help on offer, and that the standard of his articles will improve.
I had hoped to maintain my anonymity a little longer. Perhaps I should have been a little more circumspect about when (and in whose company) I posted my comments. My friend has asked me to "lay off" as it were, because she is concerned that, despite being assured otherwise, some committee members might think that she is me, due to her connections to this establishment.
So, my friend, I hope that you have not suffered in any way, as a result of my musings. I shall now retire to the sanctity of the lab., where, surrounded by esters, ketones, etc, I shall further my endeavours to become "Poison Dwarf PhD"
