The good lady at Cardiff did at first say that the restriction was due to an ISL ruling, then later change her mind to a management ruling.
Regarding booking tickets,just do what I did.
Ask for tickets in one of the first two blocks on the right of the rink, even though they are rubbish seats. Give her the info on your card, true address, etc and if she asks, say that you are a Cardiff fan. Put the phone down and WASH YOUR MOUTH OUT.
